In 2024, Valeura reviewed its prioritisation of stakeholders and chose to maintain its relative ranking of stakeholder groups, unchanged from the prior year.3 Stakeholder Engagement PlanningValeura addresses strategically the stakeholders%u2019 concerns to devise a specific engagement plan for each group. This involves developing an engagement plan that considers both the significance of the particular stakeholder and their relationship with Valeura.4 Monitoring and EvaluationAfter implementation, the Company continuously tracks and assesses the effectiveness of its stakeholder engagement plan. This involves recording consultations, developing operational plans based on input, and communicating results and actions taken.
