                                    At Valeura, a robust training and competency framework is integral to maintaining the highest safety and operational standards. All personnel receive mandatory safety orientation upon onboarding, followed by structured induction and annual refresher training to reinforce critical safety principles.Training is governed by the HSSECQ training matrix, which outlines continuous learning and upskilling pathways based on role-specific and regulatory requirements. Valeura ensures full alignment with applicable national and international standards, including those set by the Thailand Department of Mineral Fuels, as well as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and relevant API specifications.Specialised technical training is mandated for employees engaged in high-risk activities, including scaffolding, emergency response, and other critical offshore tasks. All offshore personnel are required to complete certified first aid training, ensuring preparedness in the event of an incident.In 2024, Valeura reinforced its commitment to proactive safety management by enhancing root cause analysis capabilities. A 1.5-hour incident investigation module was embedded into the offshore safety refresher training. In 2025, the Company will further this initiative by rolling out dedicated incident investigation training for the core investigation team, aimed at strengthening analytical rigour and improving the quality of incident reviews.In addition, relevant employees are trained on the effective use of Company-specific safety and operational tools.
