                                    Valeura%u2019s 2024 Total Recordable Injury Frequency Rate (TRIFR), which is measured as the number of recordable injuries per 200,000 man-hours, was zero for employees and 0.20 for Contractors. This compares to prior year rates of zero for employees and 0.14 for contractors. The increased contractor TRIFR in 2024 reflects three TRI cases in 2024 (all of them minor incidents requiring first-aid), vs two TRI cases in the prior year (comprised of one first-aid case and one lost-time incident). For employees, Valeura%u2019s 2024 performance was better than the IOGP benchmark standard of 0.168, while for contractors Valeura%u2019s 2024 performance was slightly worse than the benchmark rate of 0.188. Valeura remains committed to maintaining high standards in both personal and process safety while striving for continuous improvement, and recognises the importance of making a visible management commitment to these goals. The Company encourages its management to visit work facilities regularly to reinforce the right behaviours to support these goals.
