Rayong Province Faculty of Fisheries, Kasetsart University, BangkokAdditionally, in partnership with the National Fisheries Association of Thailand, Valeura supported two full four-year undergraduate scholarships for students at the Faculty of Fisheries, Kasetsart University. These recipients, selected from fishing communities, are encouraged to apply their academic knowledge to improve and sustain their home communities.Further extending its reach, Valeura worked with the Rayong Fishery Association, the Rayong Energy Office, and the Rayong Municipality Office to award 320 scholarships to students in Rayong Province. This ongoing programme, which began in 2013, has now benefitted over 4,300 underprivileged students. To inspire and connect with local youth, Valeura also organised a talk session where students could hear firsthand experiences from offshore drilling operation employees, offering insights into career pathways and the realities of working in the energy sector. EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENTValeura understands that its employees are vitally important and is committed to fostering job satisfaction by offering opportunities to engage in community-driven social initiatives. Volunteering in these projects enables employees to develop essential skills, such as leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
