EFFICIENT OPERATIONS THROUGH SYNERGYEnhancing operational synergy to maximise efficiencyTo optimise operational performance, Valeura has implemented a hub-based logistics model, effectively dividing its operations into two regions - the North hub includes the Jasmine and Manora fields, the South hub includes the Nong Yao and Wassana fields. Through dividing responsibilities between the hubs (and sharing resources within them), the Company has driven deeper synergies into its operations. Dedicated and shared marine vessels across fields: A strategically assigned fleet of marine vessels supports both dedicated and shared service models, offering flexible deployment to serve the requirements of multiple fields.Optimised marine vessel utilisation through multi-purpose deployment: Vessels are efficiently utilised across a wide range of activities, including production support, drilling campaigns, well servicing, and construction projects, maximising their operational value and minimising idle time. Shared helicopter operations: Helicopter services are consolidated to serve each hub, enabling cost-effective transportation of personnel and equipment while improving scheduling efficiency in the shortest distance from the shore base. Optimised inventory and supply across all fields: A unified system for onshore warehouse inventory and supply chain management reduces redundancies and enhances the availability of critical materials when and where they are needed. A single digital inventory search system allows users across departments to view stock availability and secure required materials, reducing the need for re-ordering. Through this hub-based structure and centralised logistics framework, Valeura is enhancing operational efficiency, resulting in cost reductions, improved resource utilisation, and an integrated method for managing offshore activities.084 2024 SUSTAINABILITY REPORT%uf098 Sustainability at Valeura %uf098 Environment %uf098 Social %uf098 Governance %uf098 Appendix
