                                    Operational Threat ManagementIn 2024, the Company processed a total of 750,501 incoming emails. Out of these, 25,299 were blocked as malicious or phishing attempts %u2013 representing a 3.4% interception rate. The remaining 725,202 clean emails were delivered to users, highlighting the efficacy of Valeura%u2019s email filtering systems in preventing harmful content from reaching endpoints.Malware and antivirus operations were also effective, with strong containment and triage capabilities resulting in no high-impact incidents. Valeura also maintained 14 active firewalls across its OT and IT landscape throughout 2024, serving as a critical line of defence against a wide range of cyber threats. These firewalls collectively intercepted a total of over 48 million threat events, segmented as follows:Investment Performance & Maturity ProgressValeura%u2019s approach to cybersecurity investment in 2024 was marked by careful prioritisation.
