RISK MANAGEMENT In accordance with the ERM process, Valeura%u2019s Board conducted four sessions over the course of the year to review key risks. This is consistent with the previous year. All identified risks were recorded in the Company%u2019s BI Dashboard system to monitor for changes in risk levels and evaluate the effectiveness of mitigating factors put in place.
