In 2024, Valeura increased its total number of contractors and suppliers to 401, from 342 in 2023. This increase reflects a broader scope of work activities conducted, largely as a result of the Company%u2019s development of the Nong Yao C field extension and underwater inspection work performed at the Wassana field. Of Valeura%u2019s total contractors and suppliers in 2024, 314 of the total 401 entities were local (Thailand-based), or 78%. This group accounted for approximately 41% of the Company%u2019s total procurement spending. On a proportionate basis, these figures are only slightly changed from 2023, during which 280 of the total 342 entities were Thailand-based, or 82%. In 2023 the local supplier group accounted for 43% of total procurement spending.
