We operate in high-risk environments, but we do so with zero compromise on health and safety. Since inception, we have recorded zero fatalities across all areas of operation %u2013 a direct result of rigorous training, proactive hazard identification, and our strong culture of %u2019Stop Work Authority%u2019 empowerment. In 2024 alone, we conducted 564 emergency preparedness drills and continued to invest in a fit and resilient workforce through health initiatives for both our onshore and offshore teams.Equally central to our philosophy is a deep respect for the communities and stakeholders we serve. This support cuts across a variety of areas, impacting local community welfare through support in education, ecology and environment. Valeura%u2019s programmes also provision for support of the Thai government in their support of communities in rural areas across Thailand.
