To ensure Company-wide awareness of Valeura%u2019s HS&S Policy, the Company launched an innovative campaign affectionately dubbed VE KISS, an acronym for Valeura Energy, Keep It Safe and Sustainable. The Campaign included a series of workshops, literature, and light-hearted training sessions, complete with its own branding, logo, and even hand-gesture to reinforce the all-encompassing nature of the commitment to health, safety, and sustainability. LINKING PERFORMANCE TO COMPENSATIONTo increase organisation focus on the key objectives of the HSSECQ management system, Valeura has enshrined some of its most high-profile KPIs into its corporate scorecard. The lost-time injury frequency rate (LTIFR) is a core constituent of the Company%u2019s performance scorecard and therefore has a direct relationship to individual compensation across the organisation.
