Our commitment to protecting the ecosystems in which we operate is embedded in every facet of our operations %u2013 from rigorous spill prevention protocols to waste minimisation practices to active biodiversity protection in our marine environments. In 2024, we maintained zero discharge of produced water into the sea and recorded no significant spills %u2013 both of which are tangible proof that high business performance and high environmental standards can and must go hand in hand. Our HSSECQ management system continues to serve as a strong framework that guides our teams across all sites, aligned with international standards and continuously reviewed to reflect best practice.We are also aware of the role energy management plays in our environmental impact and we strive to manage our operations with maximum efficiency and care. We have taken deliberate steps to optimise energy consumption and reduce emissions where feasible. This includes fuel usage reduction in power generation and vessel operations, revisiting crude heating methods and focusing on other process enhancements that lower our environmental footprint without compromising operational excellence.On climate action, our approach is clear-eyed and pragmatic. We acknowledge the upstream industry%u2019s responsibility in contributing to climate solutions while continuing to meet the world%u2019s growing energy demand. We have developed a climate strategy that is governed at the highest levels of the organisation and executed across our operations. In 2024, we advanced our understanding of climate-related risks and opportunities and reinforced governance through the active involvement of the Board of Directors and the Health, Safety and Sustainability Committee (HSSC).
