STRATEGIC ACTIONS Valeura implemented measures in 2024 to monitor energy consumption and identify conservation opportunities. Through an advanced energy dashboard, the Company highlighted several energy-intensive processes and developed new approaches to effect both behavioural and procedural change to reduce energy consumption. ENERGY MANAGEMENT ENERGY MANAGEMENT STRATEGYValeura%u2019s production is entirely crude oil, with only minimal amounts of associated gas produced as part of its separation processes. While a small amount of crude oil is consumed in the process of heating storage tanks, most of the Company%u2019s operations rely on an outside source of energy, namely diesel.
