About This Report

Valeura Energy Inc. (“Valeura Energy”, “Valeura”, or the “Company”) communicates its progress and key achievements relating to the ongoing sustainability of its business through annual sustainability reports. Key metrics disclosed therein cover the Company’s performance during the period 01 January through 31 December for each year, in alignment with its financial reporting calendar. Valeura’ sustainability reports are prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards 2021 and the GRI’s Oil & Gas Sector Standards, as well as the International Sustainability Standard Board (ISSB) IFRS S1 and S2 requirements, as appropriate. Valeura has used its sustainability reports to emphasise its performance on the metrics seen to be most material to the Company’s stakeholders, and wherever possible, has highlighted its continued contributions to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs).  This report is provided for informational purposes and not to promote, directly or indirectly, and product or business interest.

Valeura has consolidated data using the operational control approach covering its operations in Thailand, which includes the Jasmine/Ban Yen, Manora, Nong Yao, and Wassana oil fields, unless specified otherwise.
